Amazing service ,very good work and did not leave till he was 100% happy

I have a non-vented hot water and heating system (G3) that required several replacement parts. Highfield Plumbing are very friendly and experienced. The attending engineer was friendly, and explained the cause and cure of each of the system faults. I would definitely recommend them to carry out similar work to anyone looking for a good local plumber Gas Safe and G3 registered.

Was a little bit late but over all very professional, would highly recommend this company

They were early on the day of fixing the toilet and they said that they would wait for me to get there. Then when I got there he checked the toilet and said he would be able to fix it. Then he went his van to get the stuff to fix it but he came back to say that he had to go to snap-on to get the tools to fix it. He was gone for about 20 minutes and he fixed it and Felix did great job on it

Our whole experience was super smooth and professional, with great communication with the reception staff, and a top notch job done by Martin. Everything was explained very clearly and his work was immaculate.

I just had a new shower installed by Joshua this week. From start to finish Highfields showed excellent customer service, Ella who booked the work was especially helpful, explaining the possible plan, how it all works and made me feel at ease. Joshua also did a great job, he was a very thorough worker, ensuring everything was ok before he left and explaining everything he had done to me

I have used Highfield on several occasions and have never been disappointed with the service that they provide. On this occasion, Felix came to reconnect the gas supply to my hob following a slight gas leak. He let me know when he was on his way to my home and arrived on time. He was very polite and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Making sure that there were definitely no gas leaks. The cost was very reasonable and I definitely recommend this company to everyone.

What a great response to my SOS call. Ella was able to arrange a next day visit by the engineers Martin and Josh. She explained what would be done initially and the cost.
The guys arrived on their and explained what they were doing at each stage. Another visit was necessary and the following day Felix arrived a new part was needed for my boiler. All 3 guys were efficient, friendly and tidy thanks for everything.
