Exceeded My Expectations – Will Definitely Order Again
I honestly wasn’t sure at first if this company was too good to be true because the prices are so reasonable, but I’m really glad I took the chance. My order arrived quickly and the products are fantastic. I ordered a heated coat and a heated scarf, and both are great quality and work exactly as described.
I was also pleasantly surprised to receive two free items as part of a promotion they were running at the time, which was a lovely bonus.
It was a gift order and I did order the wrong size coat (no idea why I thought a large would fit!), but the customer service has been brilliant, they replied quickly and were really helpful.
I have nothing but good things to say about Hike-Adventure. My husband and I work outdoors and love hiking and walking, so I’ll definitely be ordering again — heated socks are next on my list!

Exchanging snow boots i…
Ordered a pair of snow boots in a size 6, expected to get EU size 39 and got a size 40 which were too big. Emailed customer services, who agreed to send a replacements pair for a 10 euro fee. Boots look nice but not worn for to wrong size

Easy to order from site and arrived before Christmas. Ordered large heated hoodies but could of done with going up a size as my sons are over 6ft. Contacted about exchanges and they were very quick to respond. Very helpful and would recommend.

I ordered 2 heated gilets as Christmas…
I ordered 2 heated gilets as Christmas presents. They are very small made so I would recommend going up a size or even 2. Was very annoyed that it wasn’t clearly stated on the website that they don’t come with a battery pack as I didn’t realised this then had to gift 2 gilets for Christmas without batteries - meaning they couldn’t even wear them on Christmas!
Customer service great though, as they are swapping for a bigger size

My experience so far
I placed an order on 08.12.25 which was a gift for my youngest. I waited in anticipation for it to arrive before Christmas. It arrived after. The size was too small as well, which was my mistake though. Emails are usually answered within a reasonable time and very friendly indeed. I was offered a replacement size and that I can keep the smaller size which I think is a lovely offer, given the huge disappointment. So, I shall proceed with the replacement, hoping all goes smooth this time. Good company and super-friendly staff. Thank you.

Scamming Company
My item was showing as being ‘in transit’. When after over a week, I queried this, I was told they had run out of the item and would resend it, which is untrue as tracking said the original order was on its way. I told them to cancel the order as it wouldn’t arrive before Christmas but they ignored this request and sent it out anyway. It arrived on 28th December in a ziplock bag with no label, no instructions, no safety data and very poor quality. Customer service won’t respond to my emails requesting a returns label and refund.
Do not use this company!!

heated jacket for a Xmas
I bought a heated jacket for a Xmas present. I ordered a men’s M expecting it to be more then big enough for my 14 year old son. When finally arrived it was too small. I have contacted them regarding a size swap and have received a fast response. Hopefully the new size will be plenty big enough.
