Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace, booked them in for a full site collection and they couldn’t be bothered to collect it. Only emptied the bin and not a single extra piece of waste. Useless service and I wouldn’t waste your time.

You could ask trust pilot to make the questionnaire more relevant to your business.
You always empty the bin and keep us informed of any new pick up times.
However, if we are a couple of kilograms overweight you are quick to charge us, if we are underweight (most of the time) you never give us a rebate.

Regular fortnightly waste bin collection
The waste bin is collected when scheduled and I have no issues. When I need to cancel the collection the sales team deal with it efficiently.

Excellent service
Excellent service, bin is collected weekly, at the same time.. it became a bit patchy because of covid which we fully appreciated, if they didn't have enough drivers, what else could they do. They always emptied the bins as soon as they could.
