Hiseeu has great customer support
Hiseeu has great customer support. Anytime I have called, emailed or used the in app help I have always been able to speak with a live agent. Their agents are happy to help and take you by the hand and walk you through the entire system. I have installed my share of security systems and the system you get from HISEEU is very good quality for the price you pay. Don't expect to get a thousand dollar dome camera. But you don't have to pay an installer the HISEEU wireless systems that I have encountered have all been pretty much plug and play. Again don't expect miracles but the software, eventhough it can be a little clunky at times until you get used to it is pretty good and easy to use and easy to figure out. I have purchased and installed add-on cameras and they are always simple to connect to the NVR wifi. Just plug them in and the NVR pretty much does the rest. Then go place it where you want it.
Cameras are garbage
Cameras are garbage. System has connectivity issues. Alerts happen sporadically sometimes not at all. No support. Massive false alarms then no alarm when there should be. The list goes on and on. Complete waste of money. Absolutely trash
I bought three different ones
I bought three different ones, and all of them done the same, worked good in the beginning and all stopped working,it’s a delay on all and all of them stopped working on my mobile app, no more foreign cameras USA only‼️‼️😡😡 trash 🚮
Best camera system
I've been through many cameras, this camera system was the easiest and most reliable. Customer service has been great. They've been there to help even years later.
I've had my system running for 5 years…
I've had my system running for 5 years and I thought I would chuck up another review. The system has not been faultless so here are the reasons.
1. I have solid brick walls so it reduces the range. Saying that I have a camera 20 mtrs up the garden and that's going through patio doors and that is faultless.
2.if possible hide the nvr for security reasons so many leave out in plane view. Or cloud storage.
3.being WiFi connection between the cameras and the nvr sometimes the picture does drop out but that the trade off of not having cables.
4. I have had contact with customer services on numerous times and I have found them faultless. Thank you Jason.
I really like this syste,m cameras connection t automatically, its easy to change the WiFi code when we change suppliers so I don't understand the reviews of this product being hard to set up, just go slow and follow instructions.
Overall I can say I do love my system if you are buying pay a little more and get an upgraded system.

I bought the SNVR-p-16A 8 channel poe with 16 channel poe extender and it is the worst system I have ever owned. first it is extremely hard to get the cams to connect even when there all configured to the same ip network .second they constantly drop out and say network failure or disconnected 3rd the nvr freezes and reboots over and over again and then it wont do anything until unplug the NVR wate 5 pins then plug back in .I contacted support and they had me update the firmware but still no change. they sent me some nasty email saying that they wanted to connect directly to my system to see what I screwed up! . pretty rude I let them know I work for bay alarm as a Tech and install cctv and alarms for a living I have never had this problem with any NVR other than hisee u . at first they offered a refund. I told them to upgrade me with a system one model newer and i would return the unit after offering them that they didn't even want to refund me just accused me of screwing up the system some how and they want direct access to prove me wrong. I will never recommend this company to any one .it says it all in the price of the system .if you pay any thing under $200 its going to be crap so beware

I was a repeat customer
I was a repeat customer. First system lasted 4 years when the hard drive failed. I thought it was good enough to buy again. Hard drive failed in 4 months. They don't respond to the email warranty requests and then I got locked out from submitting an Amazon review. This is unsat and not right.

Hiseeu 4g cell cameras have lots of potential for an extremely low price sometimes under $50 (I paid closer to $100 3- 6 months ago). Recently, they have gotten a customer service manager, who seems to be trying to solve people’s problems, but the product itself may be the biggest holdback and he may be overwhelmed. It appears that the company is behaving like a legitimate company trying to solve problems, but do beware you’re likely to have some issues. I purchased three of the hisseu cameras, and I’ve only been able to get one to work because of weak wireless connections. Is it possible that it is the cellular network yes. But other devices, such as iPhones will perform when the camera will not. I’ve been working for almost 3 to 4 months and trying to get resolution and while they are trying, I don’t think there is a resolution other than a different camera.The app is not great, does not turn sideways for an iPad, and has often just not worked to show 2 of my 3 cameras. proposed to them to replace the two cameras that won’t work with Wi-Fi cameras and see if I can get those to work. I will update my review after I see their response.

As someone who's used Hiseeu products for four years, I’ve noticed many people expressing dissatisfaction with their after-sales service. While there were certainly some issues in the past, I can say that my recent experience shows a lot of improvement. For instance, they now offer 24/7 customer support directly through their app—a big step forward that not everyone may be aware of. I really hope they continue on this path of progress. Without companies like Hiseeu focusing on cost-effective solutions, we’d probably have no choice but to pay for those outrageously expensive camera systems. Just my two cents.
The power supply problems
The DVR system is very good, the camera power supplies come apart exposing the mains power wires, which you can touch, so very danderous.

All i require is a firware update for one of five Hiseeu IPCamera's. (For some reason one is on an older version). This is something you should be able to download from the Hiseeu site but nop, so I contacted via email. Apart from taking at least 3 days for each reply they have not provided the firmware. This is still going after emails back and forth coming up one month.
Still no firmware update as requested in the first email.

Never buy anything from hisseu company they sale faulty products which is not standard and there customers service is very bad I bought 16 channel system from them results is horrible
Asks money to access recordings
Bought their cameras more than a year ago. At first everything was OK, but the software is designed in a way, that after a year if you want to access a replay, you need to pay them a subscription fee every month.
No customer support
No customer support. Crappy weatherproofing. Weak wireless signals. Expensive cloud service. Will take your money when you purchase the service and the service don't work. Honestly it's a Chinese company and they probably are using these cameras to spy on us all. I have fought with there 10 channel nvr system for 6 years now adding at least 10 new cameras and now it doesn't even want to locally record on the nvr. If there was worse words for scam, sketchy, sucks, they could absolutely be used here.
Excellent customer service
I have had 2 separate systems and multiple camera additions. I have had issues but Hiseeu has ALWAYS been very good about responding to emails, and sending replacement products when necessary. People need to keep in mind that they are based in China, and have a time difference, so emails are always the best way to communicate. The products are good quality and we couldn't be happier with each of the systems we purchased.
Support is a joke
This company aftersale support is a joke. Dont buy - stay away. Got two ipcams bought new on aliexpress that I cant access via webgui due to it give a user and password error. No way to factoryreset. Only answer from support is that the ipcam is on a blacklist and thley cant do anything about it!!
