I have been attempting to contact Hiseeu for support with regards to a security camera system with no reply...no manual comes with the product and when you finally locate a manual, there's little to no trouble shooting section. The product is reasonable until it doesn't work, then you're out of pocket and can't find out how to fix or upgrade your system.

This company Hiseeu is a real company, not like those other sellers who buy in bulk from AliBaba and then put their name on it. The customer service is very helpful. I bought model K8510-W as a used unit from eBay seller, HISEEU & another one that was the same from, hiseeu_security camera. I bid on the first one for only $81 but then found out the second seller has them for only $99 used by it now so I bought another one. For this price you are getting an amazing deal. The quality is great in the daytime and the night time. It has a lot of great features including intercom, color night vision, flashing spotlights, Etc. When both of these nvr's arrived I thought they would be scratched, dirty and used but they look like brand new with hardware and the clear protective plastic over the LEDs. Set up on the TV and on the app was simple, I think a 5-year-old kid can set it up. I also told my brother to buy the same system and he did and he is very satisfied with it. You can connect up to 10 cameras wirelessly with solar or a 12 volt power supply. Not many companies actually put email addresses, websites and phone numbers directly on the top of the NVR. You can tell this place is professional 100%.

ADVICE to all the buyers dont buy any camera from Hiseeu, specially hiseeu store from AliExpress, Seller shipping different model of camera than ordered. item not as described. You will be scammed, Return shipping cost will have to be payed by buyers. No free shipping label from AliExpress platform. Shipping cost from Ireland €42 to Hong Kong. Was informed by Hiseeu agent they only cover $20 for return shipping. Don't be scammed like I was.

ADVICE to all the seller dont buy any camera from Hiseeu, specially hiseeu store from AliExpress, you will be scammed and screwed if any thing goes wrong with the camera, they wont give you refund or replacement. and you cant do anything AliExpress policy all scammed there is no money back guarantee.

I find Hiseeu's Ptz Cams every few days aimed at the wall and if you don't notice it, it's a big problem.
At the same time they also lose the positions memorized in Cruise Control.
The assistance then is non-existent, or rather they make fun of you until you can't stand it anymore with excuses like "the engineers are on vacation" and after 3 months during which they continuously asked me for the device data, I gave up on it everything.
I was forced to buy other devices from more serious companies.

Heb bij Hiseeu op Ali Express een camera beveiligingssysteem gekocht met 4 camera's en een harde schijf van 1 TB. Na installatie was de harde schijf binnen drie maanden defect. Ik heb het bedrijf benaderd, maar men wijst enige verantwoordelijkheid van de hand. Men stelt een Amazon bedrijf te zijn en niet verantwoordelijk voor apparatuur die bij Hiseeu is gekocht bij Ali Express. Desgevraagd heeft Hiseeu voor aankoop gemeld dat ik een jaar garantie had.Ali Express wil foto's hebben waarmee bewijzen op tafel komen dat de harddisk defect is. Dat gaat niet want de harddisk is niet zichtbaar op de computer omdat hij defect is. ADVIES: niet bij Hiseeu kopen
