Very friendly and informative. Noroze took time and was very patient in going over all the details needed for the onboarding process. I did not feel rushed at all. I'm looking forward to working with HL Pro in the future.

Overall, the service felt understaffed and overwhelmed, which showed in the response times and quality of help.

I have been meeting with HLPT's Advanced Tech Support nearly everyday since I came on board and I'll just say I would be lost without them. Qairman, specifically has been very instrumental in guiding me through what I am trying to get set up. He said he has been at HLPT for only a year but that guy is a pro! Give that guy a raise and a promotion!
