Great stock, great delivery and well packaged. Really helped me out when I needed two spare parts for my Zaku II Pyscho!

Great service, very fast delivery.
Shipping cost is extremely high though (17 euros) and I had to pay a lot for customs (15 euros, I’m in EU). I ordered one piece and all together I paid 40 Euros. Will not do it again, but if you really need a piece and you are in UK, I recommend 100%!

The missing part I needed came in with no problems! I messed up with one of the parts and I ended up ordering the wrong one from what I needed. Other than that, nothing broken or warped. Great service!

Excellent service

Very few places in the EU have easy access to spare parts and it was quick.
One other supplier I used before would be 21-30days at double the price.

Pretty incredible you were able to provide me with a very specific small part from my Gundam model that had broken during construction.

My only criticism is that the delivery cost was £5. Which feels very very expensive when it was such a small piece.

Immediate response, as soon as part was available, we were advised.

The shop is very well organized, and the operators are very polite. They have answered my question quickly and in detail.

Super fast delivery, arrived well packaged and clearly cared for, saved my model. Slightly pricey, but spare parts for an expensive kit in the UK will do that to you. If you’re familiar with the OEshop, this service seems to be run by the same people, any they uphold their great reputation. Cheers!

Great service

I was a bit wary ordering at first, but now that I have I'm extremely happy to have somewhere in the UK I can trust to source gunpla parts from when I lose them/my dogs mangle them. Great prices, quick shipping, and a much bigger range of kits than I was expecting!

Came on time. Box was a bit much, could’ve put it in a hardback envelope.

Really nice to have a site in the UK that I can get parts from where those innevitable mistakes happen! Sadly I made the mistake of putting the wrong postal address on my order but Hobby Academia helped me sorted out the problem and get the piece redelivered quickly!

The part I ordered for the mg GP01 came packaged securely and the part was undamaged.
