I purchased the Nurge cross stitch/embroidery hoop/ frame set in Navy for my daughter and myself. We have never used them before but have seen them being used so I bought a set to try them out. They are easy to use and lightweight. Much easier than a hoop. Quick and easy ordering great delivery service, and value for money.

I purchased a customised pattern and the threads to stitch it. There was an issue with downloading to an iPad. I asked customer service to help and didn’t receive any response, I tried contacting again and received the response “ it has been pasted to the appropriate department and they will be in contact”. I’ve heard nothing since. I now have a lot of threads for a project it’s looking less like I will receive.
