Brilliant company, great for cross stitch supplies. I did an order for over 200 skeins and when one item was mixed up they were very responsive and helpful fixing it. I already knew I’d order from them again so I just asked them to add the item to my next order which they did! Brilliant site, and brilliant customer service.

It has made life much easier for me! To sit and do my cross stitch.

The fabric i ordered was the wrong size when I received it and after an email to hobby jobby they replaced it immediately with the correct size. great prompt friendly customer service

My order said pre order and at the time I didn't notice. After a week I emailed to see if they could give me a date as im a slow stitcher and wanted the kit for a present to stitch for my aunt. Sarah was extremely helpful saying she hoped it would be with me within a few weeks but if I would prefer a refund she would arrange it. I really wanted the kit so said I would wait a bit longer and sure enough it arrived within 2wks.

Yarn took 2 weeks to arrive (UK Address) also completely the wrong colour yarn arrived to what I ordered.

Hopefully they rectify this because if it takes another 2 weeks that’s a whole month since I placed the order. The colour I originally ordered also now doesn’t have enough stock left on the website to fulfil my order, so all in all wish I ordered from elsewhere…

I needed a variety of colours of embroidery floss and wanted to find the best value for money. The Luca-S is excellent quality cotton embroidery floss at an affordable price. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I am very impressed with the fast delivery of my wool to Australia and the only disappointment was that 1 of 10 balls of wool in the 10 pack was a different dye lot and quite a noticeable difference in colour. Overall I would happily shop with this company again for excellent value and efficient delivery.
