Couldn't ask for better service.

I had pre-ordered some new HDZero goggles along with camera and VTX to begin the conversion over to digital. During this time I had emailed to ask a few questions in regards to the micro vs the nano camera and also if they plan to stock the analogue bay in future. All questions were answered quickly and out of hours, This alone shows the dedication to great service. When this order was dispatched I realised I needed a new crossfire rx so placed a brand new order for next day delivery. I received a note on the second order to say the postage had been refunded and combined with the first order. Thank you to Mike and the team for a consistently brilliant experience over the years.

Excellent service from HobbyRC, I’ve ordered several times now and always received the same high level of service. Orders are prepared very quickly and dispatched same day usually. They’ve been very helpful when I’ve wanted to add items to an existing order and when I had a manufacturing defect on a set of goggles (through no fault of theirs) they were prepared to get it sorted quickly

Have been using HobbyRC for a number of years now and I have to say I am completely satisfied. I found them to be responsive to queries and their same day dispatch promise is excellent. The postage costs are also very reasonable. See no reason not to continue to use them going forward!

Awful company to deal with, purchased a TBS Nano RX Pro that arrived faulty, Seller had me jumping through hoops with TBS making videos only show it was faulty, when he was contacted by TBS to setup a return took him three days to respond, I had already spent a month without a working unit. No real customer care or understanding, all about me me me, and belligerence by the seller.

After making a mistake with an order, HobbyRC customer service responded very quickly to my email sorting out my problem in a trice.

Great company, orders are always spot on, quick delivery. Never had any issues with them. Recommend them highly.

Bought a pre built IFlight from these guys a couple of years ago and unfortunately the mirco usb connector was faulty soldered on it badly so it came off, contacted these guys many times and he said he was waiting for a part from china. Which never came and after 6/7 calls to them I gave up won’t be buying from these guys again bad customer support

Phenomenal service. I ordered a receiver aerial 16.00hrs Friday. On my doormat 12.00hrs. Saturday! Soo impressed.

I have made many orders with hobbyrc. Their customer service, speed of delivery and value for money is excellent. They often are the first to have novel items in stock and are honerable with pre-orders (unlike many).

Ignore the fact that the website looks like somthing out of the mid 90's as they seem to be putting their energy into being a great retailer. I suspect they get enough business without making their site look really glam and up-to-date.

Good prices, delivered quickly, and the customer support was helpful.

I've spent a lot of money with HobbyRC over the last few years and never had anything but reliable and fast service.
Yesterday I ordered a pair of batteries and paid, order confirmed. Then later in the day I decided to buy and paid for another pair. Without me asking, HobbyRC put them all in the same box to save postage and refunded the extra postage. They arrived today! Great service.

Impressed with the service and delivered in parcel and the Lens within a little sponge padded box of my required part being a Runcam RC21M M8mm lens for my Hyundai i40 reversing camera, the cost is £11:70 (lens not the car) including delivery which is very good, the lens is top notch quality and fabulous clarity, there are big choices of Lens 8,10 &12mm diameter thread and this one looked near as identical to be replaced, you could get cheaper/dearer, HobbyRC have such good reviews, I did have a few emails with HobbyRC and always got a very nice and friendly response also received a sweat in the package.( In case you're wondering a camera unit for the i40 just the boot end number plate area a replacement is around £75 the Lens does unscrew obviously) so buy Lens from Hobbyrc.co.uk shop.
Definitely Recommended appreciated all your help.
