They can’t be more helpful or friendly. They always despatch quickly, and order prep/despatch/delivery is communicated well. That each order comes with a little sweet included is lovely! I can’t recommend this store highly enough, as my bank manager knows well (and my wife does not!)!

website is from the dark ages please update it, it is very frustrating how you have to click into every product to find if it's out of stock. However, credit where credit is due, the customer service and stock of these guys is exceptional which is what really matters most.

Mike and his team at HobbyRc are a fantastic company to deal with.
I have made over fifty orders from HobbyRc and simply cannot fault them.
They generally carry very good stock of all the latest bits and bobs any fpv would want. They price things very competitively, communication is fantastic and delivery is always spot on. Oh and the little treat you get in every parcel is always a bonus.
Anyone looking for fpv drone parts, complete quads or accessories, I highly recommend HobbyRc as your go to store.

I have placed a few orders with HobbyRC recently and they are very quick with shipping out orders! But by far their customer service has been amazing in responding to emails within minutes of me emailing and helping to guide me through setting up a product that I am unsure with!

Skyrc T200 charger, delivery was spot on and packaging on point, loving the wee hobbyrc branded rock sweet in the packaging aswell...nice touch. Hope you guys have a wicked Xmas, charger works perfectly x

I bought a few items for last 3 weeks. Arrived next day. Highly recommended!

My order from HobbyRC was TWICE marked FAILED TO DELIVER by DPD. Rather an annoying scenario as I WAS AT HOME for both failed deliveries. Whilst not the fault of HobbyRC the services of DPD do reflect upon HOBBYRC.

The item I received was ok - well packaged and no problems. Just a pity their chosen delivery provider tarnished what could have been a 5 star service.

Refused to replace a faulty item despite their T&C "If an item is faulty... we will liaise with the manufacturer to get a replacement or repair".
Insted they refunded the cost of the faulty item and suggested to place a new order which means I have to pay extra for the shipping.

I was buying many times here, it's a great responsive merchant. You can buy anything confidently with ease.

Bought a lot of stuff from these & when something goes wrong ....they were quick to play the ‘blame game’. Will *NOT use again.

love the fact that if I need it, I can get items delivered next day, even if thats a Saturday so a flying weekend is not ruined. Mike is super helpful and during the past few months of mayhem, its' really pointed out how immensely helpful it has been having specialised items available locally within the UK. Great customer service and shipping is fast and reliable compared to other UK based sites. Had a problem with a faulty Stout V3 motor and guidance on how to proceed was great. The whole process of beginning a claim to organising a replacement was organised within just over a day, couldn't have gone smoother
