Just writing a review for Hobby Warehouse. I've recently purchased 2 RC Trucks from them & I'm very happy with all aspects of the buy. Most surprising was the speed of delivery. Very impressive! The guys that work there are more than happy to answer any questions & seem to have a broad knowledge of what that sell.

Purchased a scooter for my sons birthday and paid extra for express and insured delivery. Nobody has replied to my enquiries and it has been 4 days. Phone number just rings and rings, not even an automated message stating they have a high volume of calls. No replies to my emails, no status update. Website clearly stated 2 days and even same day delivery within Melbourne. I am 2 suburbs away from their warehouse.

Sorry but the majority of reviews on here must be a joke, clearly fake.

I have placed an order online for a HSP RC buggy with this company and waited over 2 weeks to get a response as to when I can expect my order. They claimed ex stock on the online system at the time. After a final email they advised that they could not supply my order after a two week wait. They advised they have cancelled and will refund after 5 working days.I had tried to call their contact number several times and no-one picked up. I sent follow up emails asking for an alternate HSP Buggy, no response. I have found this company extremely frustrating to deal with and making me wait 5 days for a refund after waiting two weeks without a response frustrating. I have a very disappointed son and a less than stellar experience.
