I asked for a holiday in the sun in October for myself & my family, & they delivered, lovely hotel , beautiful weather , the holiday couldn’t have gone any smother . This is our first time cruising and Alex sorted out all the booking process and uploaded all our info, so when I logged into my cruise account it was all there. Alex gave us good advice regarding excursions and could also help with travel insurance if needed (we already have cover).
