We've not been on our holiday yet but Sam was extremely patient throughout the whole booking experience. We were open to holiday suggestions and he spent time finding the right hotels in the best locations at the right budget. Ben was absolutely amazing
Ben was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t recommend him enough! I was nervous about booking this holiday as it’s mine and my partners dream holiday and I didn’t want anything to go wrong and Ben answered every single question I had and helped me book, even helping adjust my deposit so I could pay it when I was paid from my job. He is happy to answer any questions I have and puts my mind at rest! Can’t wait for my Maldives holiday!

Great Service from Holiday Sunsation and Alex
Reached out through FB to Holiday Sunsation asking for some dates and prices for a break in Sri-Lanka and the Maldives. Had the pleasure of dealing with Alex who has been first rate with their customer service. Quick response provided with dates and a great price and kept me informed throughout the process. The holiday itself was first class, well organised and the hotels and accommodation have been excellent. Alex has kept in touch, regularly checking that everything was going as planned and supported with any questions and queries i had. Cannot recommend enough.

Sunsational - couldn’t recommend enough
I could not recommend this company enough. I was initially nervous booking after finding them on Facebook but after doing some research and speaking with previous customers (a mix of good and bad reviews) we went ahead and booked our trip to the Maldives for 2027 and I’ve even been looking at booking some other trips with them.
From day one I have dealt with Sam and his understanding of my families needs, patience and expertise has really made it a seamless and enjoyable experience. It makes such a big difference dealing with the same person and Sam is always on hand to respond very quickly and efficiently even late at night.
I cannot wait for our up coming trips and many more in the future, thank you Sam 🙂

i had been looking for a special getaway for a special occasion and saw an advert for something that looked ideal on facebook, it was with holiday sunsation, so i reached out and got in contact with ben who couldn’t have been more helpful putting together a very detailed and very special package for me which included a lot. he was so easy to work with, he took on board what i was wanting and came up with the perfect solution without putting me under any pressure. he gave me the time to look over everything, made a few wee tweaks for me and got everything bang on before booking. can’t recommend enough of ur wanting someone to take the stress out of organising that dream holiday.

The operator Ben was very professional and patient while we reviewed the suggested itinerary resorts and hotels.
We were offered a couple of tailor made holidays to our specification.
No job was too much trouble.
Ben answered any of our questions quickly and promptly with no obligation to go ahead and book.
We also enquired about lowering the deposit to book the holiday to which Ben gladly helped with.
