I saw a post regarding a holiday on social media, after messaging, Eric shortly got back to us. Eric was very helpful and provided a lot of information and found us a brilliant deal for our honeymoon next year. He also managed to add some special honeymoon touches to our holiday to make it extra special.
We have been in communication since the booking, Eric is very quick with his response and continues to be very helpful.

Emma was fantastic finding us the most perfect honeymoon destination in the Maldives, answering all our Qs at all times of the day and at a really competitive price.

Sam has put together a package that suits my family needs from our youngest traveller of 16yrs to my father of 81yrs .
The payment options were well explained & communication has been spot on throughout & the package represents good value for money.

Recently contacted Holiday Sunsation regarding booking my stag for 2026. I was welcomed by Alex. After a couple of weeks of communication and consistent changing by me, Alex was professional during this period. Needless to say the best deal was found for me by Alex and stag now booked. Booked holiday to Thailand yesterday and must say Ben your a credit to the company , every thing was made so easy not been pushed into booking it like some company’s . This is my first time using sunsation, at first I was sceptical if it was a scam as they beat the price of all other travel agents (even our local travel agents we book most holidays with couldn’t match it) and they would respond to messages at all hours of the day. Turns out they are just a great travel company. Ben was a great help in finding or perfect holiday in the Maldives, we have just returned and it was amazing. I would definitely use this company again and have recommended them to several people while we have been away.

This is the first time we have used this company. They have been phenomenal in organising everything to do with our holiday. Especially Emma. They have been easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions. We did have an initial issue with phone call connection, but messaging on WhatsApp has been really efficient.
All staff, but again especially Emma, have been very polite and helpful.
We’re really looking forward to our holiday, and couldn’t recommend more highly.

Booked a multi trip holiday with Sam through Sunsations… wow absolutely amazing!!! This included about 8 flights, 4 hotels, and too many private transfers too mention and every single thing went perfectly, all hotels were absolutely stunning with deluxe/superior rooms as required. Can’t really believe it myself how perfect this holiday was, Sam stayed in touch with us throughout the holiday to make sure everything was going according to plan. I will definitely be using this company again and would and already have recommend it. Also when we tell friends and family what we paid and what we experienced they are in shock! We booked a very special trip to Sun Siyam Oluvehli, Maldives with Emma at Holiday Sunsation. She came up with multiple resort options within a range of budgets and highlighted what she thought would be suitable for our family’s needs. The booking process was smooth and straightforward. The only negative part of the experience was that we were under the impression that a specific holiday had been reserved but by the time we paid the deposit that resort was no longer available. Emma and colleagues tried hard to find suitable alternatives, which must have been challenging as we booked with only six weeks to go. Contacting the agency can be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes WhatsApp messages are responded to within seconds and at others it can be the best part of the day. Telephone calls were never answered, but emails were responded to within 24 hours. Thank you for helping us to go on what felt like the holiday of a lifetime. The extra touches along the way made a special holiday even better.

I found our booking experience with Holiday Sunsation to be stress free, all the information was provided quickly and in a transparent way. Just booked our honeymoon to Dubai and the Maldives with Ben at Holiday Sunsation… Ben was brilliant helping us with all aspects of what we wanted ensuring we got the best deal possible. I dont normally book with travel agents but saw a brilliant offer through an advert for a holiday in the Maldives. We were last minute bookers, hoping for an overwater villa for a belated honeymoon (lockdown wedding) but most had sold out or were very expensive. I thought that would be the end of it; but Emma perservered and sent me a brilliant deal within budget fir a garden villa at another island and when I saw the room, I fell in love with it.
Not only was Emma able to answer questions outside of working hours, we actually booked tbe holiday around 9pm, but helped with things like, which terminal for parking etc. I would defiantely give Sunsation a chance to find you a great deal. Without them we wouldn't be going to our dream destination. Thanks very much

We have just returned from an amazing week in the Maldives, a dream holiday. Siyam World was awesome, great water villa with slide, white sandy beaches and a different restaurant every night. Would highly recommend the resort, and also recommend Alex at Holiday Sunsation. He couldn’t do enough for us, and got us a great deal.
