Awful
Awful. Late delivery, no tripod as paid and ordered. Appliance faulty and we were Slapped with import taxes never advised and 48 hours later any requests for a response ignored. Avoid at all costs. Shocking service. So disappointed

Slow, unresponsive and eventually completely useless.
Mine struggled to download and display anything other than the holofan logo that comes on it when you plug it in. After about 45 minutes of glitchy, unresponsive downloads, the LED light strip went off and I was unable to get it to come back on. It still does not work at all.

My experience with Holofanco was really great! Not only is the product fantastic, but the customer service has been really great! They always answer questions quickly! Devin in particular was very kind and prompt!

I had a defect in my holofan product…
First: I had a defect in my holofan product and when I reached out Devin was able to help me fix and address the issue with little hassle. Great customer service. (written because I was asked to by holofan)
Second: After waiting weeks to be sent replacement parts on a defective product I have heard nothing from holofan. They asked me to write am review, so I am updating it. This company sells defective products and makes empty promises to fix those issues.
Third: This review is to address the issues presented by holofan. This entire process took over two months to come to a conclusion, which is that holofan eventually came through on their promise to replace the defect in their product. They didn't send me just a part they sent me an entire new fan head. That's pretty cool of them, and I admit something I wasn't expecting. My main issue and why I won't go above a 3 star review comes down to the company making promises that took two months to fulfill. As a customer when a company tells you it will ship out a product within a week, but doesn't and I the customer have to check in weekly for two months to see if they are doing what they said it's just plain frustrating. If they had originally just said that they can't replace the part, or they can't help I wouldn't have had any issues with holofan, but making a promise and not upholding it without my pestering them is not okay. They can do better.
The products they sell are great, they work as intended and are pretty easy to use. This review is entirely based on their customer service and nothing else. I hope that if you are reading this be persistent and check in with them because it is only the way they will uphold their promises.

Non-existent customer service
Bought a holofan for my husband for father's day. The instructions for setting it up are minimal and the app kept crashing on our android phone (said it is compatible), making it unusable. Contacted customer service by email multiple times. Many times they just don't respond. Sometimes they respond and seem like they want to help asking for more information, but then they drop all communication. The last email I got from them was apologizing for the delay due to the 4th of July and asking if we had a PC. I responded saying yes we do and then they disappeared for two additional weeks and counting and there is no holiday I know of to account for this lack of help. I even sent follow up emailS. I've been trying to get help since June 28th. Since that time all we've established is that we have an android phone and a pc. No troubleshooting, no suggestions on things to try, nothing. I can't even return it because this back and forth has been going on so long and there is no one responding to return it anyway. I think I have to do a charge back before I run out of time. It is too expensive to let it go and I can't trust them to return it and get my money back if they don't even respond. We have also tried calling multiple times a day, unsure of their availability. We can't figure out when the phone is manned because it rings and goes to a busy signal, or rings and immediately hangs up no matter when we call. Before you buy, try giving their customer service line a call and see if they pick up ever before placing an order in case you need help. Too bad, it seemed like a cool present, but ended up being the most frustrating present ever.
