Very helpful and professional experience.

The experience has been great quick response and they helped us a lit by arranging the viewing urgently. Also i would like to mention Anna who was such a sweetheart to show us around the property. Great staff and great people.

So far the experience with the Home made agency has pleasant, the photos of the flat really matched it and the agents I
dealt with have been professional. Michael has been great showing the flat around and replying to all my questions with a friendly and warm approach, which made the experience more relaxed.

The viewing agent, Anna was very lovely and very helpful.

Marc was a pleasure to meet at the viewing, he gave me lots of information, and took the time to listen to my worries and concerns as I have a son who has a few extra needs so everything needs to be perfect and safe for him, He made me feel very welcome and showed me around every inch of the flat inside and outside.

the viewing date is constantly changed, delayed, and delayed. It feels one-sided. They raise the price for bait and demand more when they actually go

We were shown around by Antria, and from start to finish she made the whole experience really enjoyable. She was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to walk us through everything and answer all of our questions clearly. Nothing felt rushed or pressured – she made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care really stood out and made the visit a great experience. I would highly recommend asking for Antria if you’re visiting – she goes above and beyond to make everything smooth and positive.

Perfect. Antria made us feel very welcome and knew all about the properties she showed us. She made the process extremely easy and was always available if we had any questions. Can’t recommend enough!

We had a viewing with Molly, who showed us a flat and all of the facilities in Botanica, she was very helpful and friendly! We then viewed the Slate Yard with Andria and she was also very friendly and helpful and help us to secure a property. She showed us 2 flats and all of the facilities and explained everything in detail. We then spoke with Shaivi to finalise details and again she was great at her job, she called me back numerous times! I would highly recommend Homemade :)

Worst experience chasing down for the viewing for 2 weeks more didn't got any proper answer, delayed the room viewing and when finally got the viewing the attendent says the room is not available for the viewing so why on earth it the viewing was arranged?
waste of time.

Josh was absolutely fantastic in touring me and my family around. Despite my twins being quite loud and disruptive he remained extremely patient and was keen on being specific about every detail within the apartment complex.

Absolutely terrible company..
They set a viewing for us in Glasgow but at the viewing we were told no flats available for the price quoted on home-made.com website.
Seems that home-made will attract customers by doing so.
They wasted full day for us.. we had travel from Aberdeen to Glasgow just to be told that there are no flats as shown on home-made.com.
Avoid them at all costs..

Just rented a flat at Miles Building. Jonathan was an excellent agent. He was kind,helpful and ready to answer all our questions. We need more people like him in this world.

Absolutely terrible company to work with. We moved out of our property in January and we still don't have our deposit back. They make zero attempt to return your money. Calling the specific department for a return of the deposit and they never pick up. I was given an invalid number when I called trying to sort this out and they haven't responded to emails or their own direct messaging. Awful experience, avoid them like the plague.
