Ordered a cutting board, realized it was too small and reached out to them to change the order. They were SUPER helpful, friendly, and professional (looking at you Coco) and best of all out everything in writing despite us talking over the phone.

Made the whole process really easy and got local delivery in NYC within the next day. Honestly kind of shocked at how amazing the experience was and will definitely be ordering from MTC again and checking out the brick & mortar store.

I ordered a total of 11 bowls. Only 6 of them was pkged nicely so it doesn't break. The other 5 was just thrown in on the side with no buffer and can be easily broken.

I received my items within 3 days of ordering it since I live in NYC. They dropped off my package right at my doorstop which was excellent. The items I bought were not expired too which is a plus.

My second order from MTC Kitchen was not great. They sent me an email saying a plate I wanted was in stock, so I ordered the plate the next day and added two other items (ones I wouldn't have purchased at that time) in order to avoid the large shipping fee. They sent out the order but did not let me know before shipping that the item they told me was in stock was not actually in stock. So I wound up with two things I wouldn't have bought right then, and no plate, which was the thing I actually wanted. When I emailed them, they apologized, but they did not, to make up for their mistake, offer me complimentary shipping on my next order. I won't be ordering from them again.

The delivery guy just left the packages on the street without any notification.

Thank you very much!! I got one of the best Taiyaki & Takoyaki in NY from them. Boiled clam was cheaper than getting from market, and very good for frozen. I hope they have more delivery date!

Bought from them several times, pleasant experiences. Only thing is quite a few items are still not in stock, hope this will get better as everything is getting back to normal.

Everything went great! Driver texted me 15 minutes before arrival and at arrival. Very professional and polite. Items were perfectly packaged and came at proper temperature. Will definitely be ordering again!!
