Great experience from start to finish.
Owen was so helpful on the phone and was able to arrange quick delivery of a bed so my Mum could get out of hospital. The bed was set up by Craig who was timely and efficient and provided instructions on use. The bed has now been collected promptly as requested. Communication great throughout. Would highly recommend. Thank you Owen and team.

We needed a hospital bed in a hurry after I had complex hip surgery. It was the 23rd December and we had to have it that day!

Owen and his team were amazing. They promised it for later that afternoon and it duly arrived. A lot of extra mileage was logged by them as they needed to drive from Portsmouth to their depot in Dartford and the to South West London to get to us.

Owen personally committed to this delivery and he achieved it!! The bed is great and it has helped with my recovery.

Product (electric bed) exactly as specified/expected. However what was exceptional was how and when it was delivered: 1) I desperately needed this bed and despite it being 27 December, Owen was able to re-juggle to deliver the same afternoon and deliver from Oxford to West London. 2) When Owen arrived he fully set up and installed the bed himself (we were having a Family post-Christmas dinner) and then gave a quick and efficient briefing to those who needed. Owen could not have been more proactive and helpful in meeting our (my) needs.

Fantastic service. We needed to hire a hospital bed after my husband's hip replacement. The bed was delivered and installed less than 24 hours after I called. Service was professional very helpful and reassuring - particularly appreciated as it was a difficult time. The bed was then removed the day after I called to say it wasnt needed any more. Grear company. Would recommend without hesitation.

We needed to hire a bed at short notice and Owen was quick to deliver a bed the very same day. The whole process of delivering and assembling the bed was quick and professional. The bed itself was brand-new and in perfect working condition. I slept on the bed for six weeks and when we were finished, I called him to collect it and he picked up the bed the following day. And then he refunded me for the days that we hadn’t used but had paid for. Very fair and very honest. Great service from start to finish and would happily use them again.

We contacted Home Care Hire to enquiry about hiring a hospital bed for a family member who had just come out of hospital & wasn't able to sleep in a normal bed. After speaking to Owen, all our questions had been answered & the bed was to going to be delivered the same day?!
Within a couple hours of phone call the bed arrived, was assembled in our home, we even had a brand new mattress!
The service from start to finish couldn't have been easier, which is exactly the service you need in difficult family times

I contacted Owen over a weekend for assistance with a bed for my father who was due to be discharged from hospital. nothing was too much trouble - the bed was delivered during the timeframe discussed - an utterly hassle free transaction - much needed during a time of stress.
