I felt really cared for by Chelsea the sales representative as well as Jordan and shaun who organised the time and date most suitable for me for my beautiful bed to be delivered and also Dwaine and Lucas who delivered and assembled my bed this morning.Dwaine and Lucas had such a kind delightful energy and showed me numerous times how to manage my new bed control…. I was even left with a thank you box containing goodies. A really beautiful thought. I’ve loved my experience with Opera. It was a mindfield to choose the right bed but I do feel that I not only got the right bed but I chose the right company. I highly recommend them thank you.

Lovely showroom and very friendly team
Lovely showroom and very friendly team. We felt a bit pressured timewise when we visited, partly our fault on the first visit as we were caught in exceptionally heavy traffic which made us late for our appointment. Having since seen another range of adjustable beds I feel the beds could be made a little more attractive and have a wider range of headboard fabric choices. The very sharp corners on our bed base are not good for elderly users with frail skin. The delivery experience was reasonable. They were friendly guys but refused to park on our drive for some reason despite there being plenty of space. This meant they dragged very heavy boxes across the pavement and right across our big drive, then up our pale-coloured stair carpet - not appreciated - and my comments about this were ignored. Our Karndean in the hall also picked up a scuff which has only partly come out. The bed seems pretty good but thank heaven we chose a soft mattress despite being unable to try it. Soft is not represented in the showroom for some reason and only available to special order, so it felt like a risky thing to do. I was told it was only very slightly softer spring tension than the medium and that certainly seems to us to be the case. If anything the medium in the showroom felt softer. Obviously it will soften over time but it is so firm I've had to order mattress toppers to mitigate this as I was getting pins and needles in my arms and upper back each morning. The underbed drawers don't always want to go back in straight and the flaps of material for handles are a bit amateurish and messy. I would also have greatly preferred that the bed sides did not go right down to the floor. Generally fairly satisfied though.

We’re also sorry to hear about the delivery experience. While we’re glad the team were friendly, your comments regarding access, handling of the boxes, and the resulting marks to your flooring and carpet are concerning. This is not the level of care we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing this internally to ensure improvements are made.
In terms of the mattress, we understand how important comfort is and how difficult it can be when trying to choose the right tension, especially when certain options aren’t available to try in the showroom. It’s helpful to hear your feedback on the firmness and how it compares to expectations, and we’re sorry to hear it has caused discomfort. Delivery and assembly of profiling bed by Dwaine and Lukasz. Timely arrival, no delays - bed assembled promptly without fuss or disruption. Clear explanation given of how bed operates and particular aspects of this model as opposed to other profiling beds. Whole thing quickly and professionally done with pleasantness.

My new adjustable bed looks lovely my first night sleeping in it tonight. All staff were helpful efficient and friendly from purchase, delivery, and set up.
Shaun helped above and beyond to give us a specific day and time to deliver the bed. Luca and Will were clean and tidy, even put on shoe protectors. After my demonstration they left everything spotless. No sign they had ever been here except for my new bed!

Cannot fault Opera Beds
Cannot fault Opera Beds. Honestly brilliant from the first phone call to delivery of my mums new bed. 89 year old mum in hospital for 3 weeks. She desperately needed a profiling hospital style bed. I took a chance and contacted Opera as they were the first company that came up on Google. I spoke to Michelle who has been excellent. She wasn't pushy at all, didn't try to sell me anything, sent a brochure and phoned a week later. We hadn't decided so she she diaried and called the following week. To be honest we had no clue as to what exactly mum needed and there was too much choice in the brochure! I asked if Michelle could ring me when I was with mum, ask us relevant questions, we'd answer and she could recommend the solution. She did this, was extremely knowledgeable and didn't recommended the most expensive option - which to me speaks volumes. Agreed everything, paid over the phone, 2 hours later the delivery team phoned to arrange delivery providing a 2 hour slot. 4 or 5 days later on the arranged day, we received texts keeping us up to date about delivery time. The two guys that did the set up, Dwaine and Lukesz were great. Got to it and had the whole thing done in less than an hour. Gave us a "training session" which we recorded for future reference! They too were excellent, professional but friendly. I really can't speak highly enough of this company, they deserve recognition and are extremely helpful. Special thanks to Michelle.

Wonderful service ordered and dispatched within 45 minutes and delivered next day.
The bed is brilliant cant believe how well built it is and so easy to put together the instructions were easy to follow it took just 45 minutes.
