Excellent Customer Service from Charlotte

Experience of Complaint Handling Process
I engaged this company in relation to a property transaction and was introduced to a conveyancing firm through their network.
The transaction did not proceed to completion. Following this, I raised a formal complaint regarding the handling of the matter, including communication and overall process management.
The response I received stated that my concerns fell outside their scope of responsibility and should be directed to the conveyancing firm. No further review or clarification of the issues raised was provided apart from few lines defending the conveyancing firm without factually and objectively checking. The complaint was superficially dismissed.
I also noted that a public response was issued referring to my withdrawal from the transaction, without addressing the underlying factors that led to that decision.
This review reflects my experience of the complaint handling process and the level of engagement provided.

Very competitive quote and cheaper
Home Legal Direct offered the cheapest quote for my purchase conveyancing and were very responsive when I made contact with them. After instructing them, they were very quick to get solicitor assigned and made the process less stressful. Compared to quotes from high street solicitors, they are much better and provide the same service.
