We wanted some stone effect tiles to create a fire surround.

P&A Home Mate has an almost too good selection, which made whittling down the possibilities hard

We selected five and ordered samples, when they arrived we then went through the agony of choosing

Once we had, we ordered on Monday and the tiles arrived by pallet on the Wednesday !

Everything from P&A Home Mate was superb, the selection, service, shipping, packaging...
Oh, and the prices are very good too.

Would recommend great service sent samples out straight away phoned up spoke to them I’ve order 30 boxes great customers service

Easy to order delivery organised superbly and great product.

After a long dispute with this company. PayPal have refunded me the full amount what this company stole.

I seriously advise to avoid at all costs.

When my stone arrived it wasn’t real like the pictures. Just a printed concrete spray paint version.

They didnt want to pay for return under their terms and conditions so I had to pay. They had taken £156 for return delivery from the full price. I phoned the return company to find out it was only £70 something pound. This company refused to show me proof and blamed my phone for the different quality images.

Overall this Polish Pewel owner has cheap stone imported from Poland, has different names and things going on so he won’t get caught out.

This person as a scammer.

My advise to those is don’t buy and if you do and it’s not like the pictures, under act of sales goods act 2015 you can get your full money back as long as you purchase through PayPal or a credit card.

If you are returning goods and they have deducted it off your purchase bill, ask for a receipt from the company that returned it. UKpallets returned mine.

Great product looks great, did have a few tiles fall loose this time from the backing, the backing was darker than usual so a different supplier maybe but the overall look was great.

Price, service, delivery. Everything was perfect - would certainly use again.
