i have just ordered some sealant for our outdoor tiles which i purchased in from P&A Home Mate and was told exactly how much i needed because from my previous purchase i did not have a clue !! very friendly and helpful from me ordering within a hour i received a email from the postal courier telling me they are on there way, brilliant service from this company i can really recommend Home Mate for the products and service .

Need more contact and information
Ok so prices good and seem good quality but what let it down for me was I got confirmation of order. Then nothing till a delivery driver rang to say he would deliver in 10 mins.
So nobody available to take the order. Driver took away to deliver next day . Received email from P&A saying there’s an extra charge of (£18) for re delivery as an email was sent from the shipping company advising what day. That went into junk mail as it was an unknown sender.
When P&A has the order and they book the delivery (a hefty £75) surely their customer services could send a message or phone to say when it’s being delivered.
