When I phoned their office the person who answered was always helpful and if I wanted a call back they would always call.
When they came to do home report they called 30 minutes before coming and they were really honest about my property and gave a really fair valuation. I would recommend to family and friends .

Professional Service - Mortgage Valuation report
From my first contact right through to the completion of the valuation, it was dealt with in a professional manner at all times. Lynsey dealt with my initial enquiry and provided excellent advice. Gary completed the valuation and was quick to attend as well as providing the completed report. I would not hesitate to recommend using this company's services. First Class!

Poor research and valuation
The report was wrong as far as the type of property and the additional lock up which was in a communal area. It also, I believe, undervalued the property as two estate agents I asked to quote for the selling valued it at £10000-£15000 more than your home report.
