The lengthy wait was frustrating
The lengthy wait was frustrating. We were over a month without hot water and heating during the coldest point of the year.salvation came in the form of a diligent and hard working engineer who got the boiler working. This was a positive end to avery negative 3xperience. Over4 weeks withouthotwater and heating is shocking. No heating alternatives were offered until we called after two week when 30 pounds was offered for one heater in a house with3 bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge!

If your looking for home cover, look no further
I honestly couldn't fault this company, we recently had an issue with our boiler leaking, called the helpline and got straight through, process was quick and easy to log to claim. The repair man Stephen attended and was absolutely amazing, could fault his service at all, he got the parts ordered, we were kept up to date throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend this company and Stephen was a credit to the trade!

Telephone support lacking but engineer was great
Making the appointment to fix my radiators took 3 phone calls so not great but the engineer called ahead of the appointment, arrived on time, fixed the problem and was very pleasant and took care whilst repairing the issue.
