My original lender pulled out the day before settlement on a property deal. I called HomeSec at around 10am and Sam and Matt got it approved and funded the same day. Saved me from defaulting. Extremely fast when it mattered most.

Got knocked back by 2 other funders. Paid those val fees upfront and got squat for it. HomeSec had a small assessment fee and the deal was done hours later. Have told my business partner to use them as well. Cheers Sam and Tony. - Rob

Ive been with a few private funders over the years. By far the best I’ve come across

I applied on Sunday and got funds in my account by Monday afternoon. All it cost was about 900 bucks. Best money i've spent in a while. Couldn't recommend Anastasia and Tony more.

Incompetent. Absolutely incompetent. Half an acre with ocean views on the Sunshine Coast and these clowns come back with $700k? What planet are you living on? You can’t even buy bare land out here for under $900k. Land. No house. No views. Just dirt.
I had a bank valuation from TWO YEARS AGO for $950k — and somehow this mob managed to go backwards by $250k. In a rising market. That takes a special kind of talent. The kind of talent that makes Donald Trump look like a Rhodes Scholar.
No explanation. No justification. Just a few hundred bucks lighter and a week of my life I’ll never get back. A WEEK. For a service that “claims” 24-hour turnaround. Must be 24 hours in dog years.
Avoid these people if you actually want funding. Avoid them if you want competence. Avoid them if you want anything resembling a connection to reality. Total waste of time and money.

Beyond frustrated with homesec. Promise the world and deliver an atlas while burning time. These chumps can’t even get the basics right with how to appraise a property! 2 bedroom house on half an acre with ocean views on the sunshine coast and they came back at $700,000! What planet are they living on? If that were possible I’m sure our housing affordability debate is over! Do not waste your time with these muppets. 0/5 stars.

I agree with the others portraying them as predators…
They took a sizeable application fee, which was then approved. After 4 weeks of processing they pulled the pin then put a Caveat on my property..
Absolutely devastated and disgusted. As if running a small business isn’t hard enough as it is.

They just want to take a valuation report and then refuse the approved loan
They don’t even bother to give you good excuses
Do not waste your money not worth to try

Great lender easy to deal with, looking for ways to say yes.

I was after a $300K loan to sort out bills, manage cashflow and just feel a bit less pressure.

The banks didn't want to know. Other second tier lenders didn't want to help.

Homesec made it easier than I imagined possible and nothing was too hard.

I have used the team at Homesec many times over the years, and as a Broker I found the to be ultra reliable, say what they can do and fully disclose any fees and all terms and conditions PRIOR to a client committing to the loan. Could not recommend them highly enough.

We find that HomeSec will always look at how to do a deal, and won’t procrastinate and charge high fees of the deal was never going to happen.

Easy to deal with and transparent lender regarding the costs

I knew a director who was in financial hardship and didn’t have any real solution to get out. I introduced him to Homesec and Homesec were able to advance funds within 3 days to be able to turn his business around and keep all his staff employed. Not one of us could be happier for how Homesec worked swiftly to help collaboratively fix the issues.

I had a really positive experience with HomSec Business Finance. I’m a property developer and needed funds quickly within 24 hours to secure a deal. All of the other lenders said it couldn’t be done. HomSec were quick on their feet and processed my application the same day and came through with the funds that resulted in a successful deal. Great customer service!
