They are prompt with their service even during the holiday period. But don't expect Homesec to give you a decent and honest valuation for your property. An absolute joke!

Absolute disgrace of a business no ethics whatsoever. First they get you with the $990 fee. Then with the outrages interest they make you may as well hand over the keys . A true bunch of sharks circling for the kill. To top it off we rejected the offer then we had to pay $3900 exit fee ? What a joke even to the point of they put a caveat on our property without accepting their rort of a offer.
Stay clear of these loan sharks.

Not adequate disclosure on their application from or website in relation to exclusion of some specialized asset/property .Misleading and deceptive conduct.I paid the application fee in good faith as I had met all 4 conditions of the offer .However when they found out my assets/properties were being used as student accomodation they renegued on the offer and refused to refund the application fee.Had their website and loan offer mentioned about specialized assets I would have asked the question and had not gone ahead with the loan.In any case this could have been a blessing in disguise as I was able to get a much better loan with much lower interest and fees offer with another lender.

Easy to deal with . Great customer service . Very prompt & Efficient

This is scam company you said the approval within 24 hours to take money and then waste time and reject the loan.
Do you think you are smart with this act?
I will expose you by all means ( google reviews, social media) and I’ll complain with AFCA .
You must refund the deposit.

did not provide full disclosure despite many verbal conversations with representatives it was not disclosed ( verbally) that my lawyer needed to be involved in the transaction and a zoom call was mandatory until after they had received $990 fee.
I was subsequently informed very coldly that I had signed the no refundable fee clause ( which is all done electronically).
I feel that the representative I spoke to could have been far more transparent in their conversation.

Sick and tired of all the SPAM this company sends. They even sent spam to our spam reporting address. We have reported it to their registry part of Crazy Domains - Tech Contact ID: C148422-AD. Dodgy company who uses unsolicited emailing all collected illegally from the internet then sent. One more dodgy email and we'll consider escalating to Cloudflare to shut their dns down.
