No show 2 times, then price doubled
No show 2 times, despite me waiting in all day. When they did arrive on the 3rd, I learned that the sales person had quoted me the "bare minimum price" to get the engineer through the door, despite that price clearly not meeting my specifications. Price doubled once they got in and factored in what I was asking for.

Electrician did good job, very efficient.
Only criticism was the tutorial was done a little fast. I am 85 years old and it’s hard to take in all the information.

Good company, slightly overpriced
Quick response, did the job fast and professionally. My only downfall was I was quoted £119 for a TV bracket putting up, when I came to pay it was an extra 20 quid.. i don't know if this is because of tax but I thought you should make people aware 1st £119 is the initial price, luckily I had enough and they did a good job but think that should be more upfront for people in future especially when people are on a budget! Just a bit of honest criticism for you other than that... thank you!

I've absolutely no problem with the initial contact and the finished product. Both by the same engineer.
There was a problem waiting for someone to turn up.
I have to say though phone contact was amazing.

Good service
The service is good quality and efficient. The technicians always try to do their best, and I have been very satisfied in that respect. I have used the service twice and was happy with the experience both times.
My only concern is that I find the prices a little high. Especially once VAT is added, the total cost rises quite significantly. Apart from that, I am very pleased with the quality of the service and the technicians.

We were happy with the price
We were happy with the price, £300, the job got done quickly and efficiently, shame he didn't put grommets in the holes, that would have made it more professional.
After the job was done we noticed the old ariel was left behind, I thought he would have tidied up after himself, shame he didn't.
Since having done we did have a bit of interference but that could have been the TV mast itself.
