Excellent engineer who completed the TV wall fitting to a very high standard. The work was carried out professionally, efficiently and with great attention to detail. Although the cost was higher than I initially expected, the prompt response to my phone call and the speed of service helped justify the expense. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and the service provided.

Excellent Service
I made an enquiry just before lunch and was given a fair price to remove an old aerial from my tall chimney. Paul B turned up about 5pm and did the job. Excellent service and reasonable price. Many thanks- would recommend.

Great service and fast response
Andy came round to give me a quote for the installation of an outdoor TV aerial. Once he had completed his survey he quoted for the job. He was very clear about what was required and about the prices quoted. He was very helpful regarding the placement of the aerial on the property. Delighted when he said that he could complete the job on this visit. Great guy who worked with utmost respect for my property. Once the installation was complete he checked that the TV signal was correct and run through a summary of what he had done. Competitive pricing and totally competent engineer. Very happy with the work carried out and the response time after my initial enquiry. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

A very positive experience The technician arrived a few hours…
The technician arrived a few hours after I called - very impressive, particularly on a Saturday afternoon! He diagnosed the problem immediately (incorrect remote control sold by a well-known retailer) checked my system just to be certain, provided the correct remote and wrote a report that enabled me to claim the cost of the incorrect remote and Homevision's bill from the retailer. He was helpful and professional. A very positive experience.

TV placed on wall
I made an appointment easily over the phone. The Engineer Gavin arrived to assess the work that was required. I arranged a day mutually agreed upon and the TV was fitted to the wall in a nice and tidy manner. Thank you Gavin for the great service .

HOME VISION ALWAYS SOLVE PROBLEMS
I’ve used HOME VISION several times and they have always been brilliant. On this occasion I was having problems with my Starlink and my installers didn't manage to give me a good WiFi connection despite several visits. When HOME VISION came they spent a couple of hours sorting out the installation and now I have a perfect connection. All my internal WiFi works perfectly.

Great service i forgot the name of the man who installed my tv up but he did a great job in my son room, very polite asked questions and I got answer for the next room I will use this service again £349 incl VAT a bit pricey but worth it done by a professional and look great I'm happy.

Good for new build property.
We moved into a new build three storey property with no tv signal & after contacting Homevision, they came out the following day and fitted an aerial and provided some aerial cables (small extra charge).. we was very happy with the booking process and the quick turn around to arrive and install. The engineer knew what he was doing and done the job very quick with no hassle..price was reasonable..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – from my experience their workmanship is of poor standard, their overcharging is eyewatering and they also do not give a damn about it.
This company visited to investigate an issue with my aerial – identified as being a problem with the 8-way distribution unit in the loft, which needed replacing. Quoted me £389 (exclusive of VAT and which was in addition to the £89 callout fee, also exclusive of VAT). It surprised me that the job took less than 15 minutes. Payment is taken at the time the job is done – they do not carry a card machine. The engineer said he’d have to call the office and do it over the phone. I was not comfortable with this but gave him my card to read the details to the other person on the phone. This is something I should never have done and I did subsequently cancel my CC. After the engineer left, I went into the loft and inspected the device – the connections were extremely untidy, totally unprofessional. In addition, the engineer had disposed of the redundant device and box from the new device in my outside bin. It is common knowledge that electricals should not be disposed of in this way. I checked the retail cost of the item on Google – somewhere between £40 and £52, depending on where you buy it. Phoned the company – the person answering was very defensive, asked rather aggressively if I had been given a quote and why had I accepted it (because I am not the expert and by engaging what I had thought was a professional company they would be responsible in their pricing). She said there was nothing she could do and would have to get the engineer to phone me. The engineer did not phone. I sent an email which was not responded to and a recorded delivery letter, also not responded do.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Our engineers provide a quotation before any work is carried out, and customers are under no obligation to proceed if they are unhappy with the price. Our prices reflect more than just the cost of any individual part and include factors such as labour, expertise, operating costs and the service provided.
However, we are particularly concerned by the comments regarding the standard of the installation, disposal of the old equipment and your attempts to contact us afterwards. These are matters we would like the opportunity to investigate properly.
