Arrived on time and got straight onto unpacking my new telly and measuring up the wall in my bedroom.
Plenty of advice including how to use the remote control and get to the apps.

TV picture gone and after days of…
TV picture gone and after days of retuning etc reached an impasse. Called Homevision and very helpful on telephone and engineer visited later that day. Professional courteous and explained what he was doing. Fault with signal amplifier identified and replaced. Problem solved. Cost over £300 but worth it.

At the appointment I was told the cost…
At the appointment I was told the cost of £89+vat for visit and initial diagnostic. The engineer was knowledgeable, polite and told me that it will cost £289+vat for the job. He spent over 2 hours and did a good job, but I was really shocked when he handed me a bill for £453.60!
I questioned that the bill should be £348.60, but he said the initial £89+vat is for visit and assessing the work required. I think it was my misunderstanding when he quoted the job to cost £289+vat that it included the initial £89+vat, but it did not. If I had known the exact figure, I would have refused the job to be done. I am a 76 year old pensioner and to have an entertainment system fixed for the extortionate amount of £453.60, especially when I supplied all the parts is bsolutely ridiculous amount to pay for just the labor work. I have learnt a very costly lesson to get detailed breakdown of cost of job before it starts. I will not be using Home Vision services ever again.

The initial £89 + VAT charge covers the engineer's attendance and diagnostic assessment to identify the issue and determine what work is required. Once the assessment has been completed, any additional work is quoted separately. We appreciate that this may not have been clear in this instance and understand that you would have made a different decision had you understood the total cost before proceeding.
We take your feedback seriously and will review how our pricing and quotations are communicated to ensure customers have a clear understanding of the costs involved before work begins. We are sorry that your experience has left you feeling disappointed and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Andy phoned an hour before he arrived and was polite and friendly (even with the giant dog!).
The job was not as simple as he thought, but he fixed the problem and ensured everything was working and back in place before he left.
The company communicated throughout the process.

Same day installation of a new TV…
Same day installation of a new TV aerial. Engineer was consultative pre-fit with the different options noting visibility, property period etc. Standard of work could not be exceeded from the signal achieved (and explained why pointed where) to the cabling - ensured it perfectly ran down the building in the optimal colour and down the least visible route. Engineers will always be different but the one who attended my visit was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you.

After three last minute cancellations excellent job done.
After three last minute cancellations, the very friendly and professional engineer arrived and I have to say he did a fantastic job.
The business needs to work on its booking policy - ask customers to send videos of simple jobs so you can better estimate time required. If you’ve had to cancel two, make the third booking the first job of the morning.
Your service is very needed but it’s difficult to recommend when you’ve cost me two work from home days and a Saturday!

TV reception
We used Home Vision to fix the connection problem we had with our tv the fitter came and fitted a new aerial. He also rewired it to our tv and broadband box, we are very happy with the service and will surely use your company again

Speedy service
I phoned homevision on the morning and was told the technician would be out later that afternoon. After the initial inspection the work was quoted and agreed immediately. Less than an hour later the repairs were completed to my complete satisfaction.

I found the Homevision engineer very…
I found the Homevision engineer very helpful and knowledgable. The installation and configuring of my Starlink equipment was very quick with no mess.
I highly recomend their engineers. The only downside, was accounts started to badger me almost immediately after the install for the payment and even after I had made payment.
