We had an excellent experience with Ay Home With Hannah. They did a fantastic job marketing the property, presenting it really well and generating strong interest, which resulted in finding buyers quickly. Hannah's background in Design is a massive bonus.

We particularly appreciated their realistic and well-judged approach to pricing. While other agents had valued the property higher and, in our view, overpriced it, their valuation was fair and realistic for the current market. This helped attract genuine interest and ultimately achieve a successful sale without unnecessary delays. There was no game playing which was refreshing.

Professional, proactive and knowledgeable throughout, we would highly recommend them.

We lived a year in a pretty house managed by At Home with Hannah and it’s been a pleasure! The team is quick to respond and very helpful. Had no issues at all. Would’ve stayed more but had to move due to personal reasons.

If there was any zero star rating then honestly, we would have given that.

We saw a property from home with Hannah available for rent. Keen on the property, we suggested our interest to put an offer on it.

For the next two days, we were chased hard to put an offer with claims that others are already putting it and we should be quick.

Once we put the offer, then Hannah and the agency went quiet for 10 days. They didn't take the calls and on email, had a standard reply that it is under consideration and Hannah, the boss of the agency, would come back.

After incessant chasing, they finally replied that our offer wasn't accepted. It was fine but based on circumstances, it was clear that homewithhannah.co.uk used our offer as bait for other potential good offers and used malpractices to keep us on wait.

No reasons were provided even despite putting the best offer based on Hannah's earlier recommendations and the agency wasted our 10 days in a busy rental market.

Looking at their chase initially when putting in the offer and responses thereafter, I would suggest avoiding this agency as they use your offer to get better offers to the landlord and don't give a clear picture to you at all.

On top of it, the agency didn't seem to be bothered at all and didn't seem that it was a problem at all on their side :).
