I cancelled my business registration 5 minutes after I did it. Was told I would get a refund less admin charge.
Still waiting after numerous emails. This company is a scam and I would recommend never to use it to everybody. Worst company I have ever dealt with

They come across a government department, ASIC, registering your business name or re-registering your business name. I unwittingly re-registered my business name with them thinking I did it through ASIC. They also charge an admin fee & promise to help improve your business for more fees. In my case I haven't run my business for over 20 years but I want to keep the business name so there's no help required. But when I explained my situation to them through several emails they reluctantly agreed to returned my re-registration fee minus their admin fee. I'm sure this would be happening to others. Be Aware!

After much confusion I find myself re-writing my original review, turns out I thought I was being assisted by the right group but they are most certainly not the government ABN organisation... just read very carefully what they are writing and ask the questions - no abs requires a fee... be ware. my original review is below - I was asked to write this by the service rep who referred to herself as PAIGE. No idea how or why they ask you to specifically mention their name in the review either..

I registered for an ABN, was contacted by Honcho to complete my registration.
Paige from Honcho was kind enough to assist me with my confusion. Turns out I paid for my registration, payment went overseas.
Paige was ever so helpful in deciphering whether or not my ABN was active and complete. Which turns out, my ABN is active.
