The dog tags are delightful and much admired and the customer service is always outstanding.

The dog tag is beautiful and I love it. It has a beautiful clear picture of a doodle and the contact details are clear on the tag. It also came in less than a week, really pleased.

Ordered a lovely personalised dog tag and ring for it to clip onto his collar. Whilst the tag was lovely, the clip clearly wasn't fit for purpose as within a month it had fallen off so the clip and tag were both lost as it fell off somewhere unknown. It's not as though this was the cheapest purchase for a dog tag; I did contact the company to explain and as 'a gesture of goodwill' they offered to replace. I have contacted a couple of times about replacement but unfortunately still nothing. Whilst the item was lovely and the response to email was quick, unfortunately what is offered and the outcome were very different. Gutted and £15 wasted.
