I had the same problem as another customer - ordered deep red flowering Dianthus but received pink ones. I sent several emails which have an all been ignored. These plants were for an anniversary present, extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Ordered online - a dark burgundy flowered lavatera but received a pink one. I could have got a pink one at a fraction of the price at a local nursery.
I've contacted you through your online form, multiple times via email and haven't received a single response. Terrible after sales service. In my opinion ignoring emails is ignorant and awful customer service in general. Disappointing to say the least. And a waste of money. Not everyone can afford to buy a £20 plant, some have to save towards such a luxury. And then to receive the wrong one and all contact be ignored....i wish I had read your reviews before purchasing from you. You've ruined not just my day but also someone's birthday gift.

Just a word of warning, if you’re thinking of buying anything from Hope Plants, don’t. A friend of mine bought a Christmas tree from them for £85 and within 2 weeks, nearly all the needles had fallen off. She wrote a comment on their Facebook page, along with photos of the spoilt tree Her comment was removed and she was blocked from their page! I sent them a message through their website explaining what had happened and hoped they would reach out to her. I have not received a response from them, so put a comment on their Facebook page asking for a reply to my message and they have now blocked me from their page too! They obviously are quite happy to take your money, but can’t handle dealing with negative comments.

Always delivered in excellent condition with friendly,helpful drivers. Much prefer this way of getting my plants as l can order ones that need saving.
