Excellent company. I purchased a pair of wheels. One of the hubs was sticky and they refunded the item plus postage, no questions asked. It turned out that the “issue” was actually due to my ignorance and so I am even more impressed that they did this for me, I don’t think it’s companies would have been so helpful.

ordered a replacement set of forks for son's cycle following lots of hassle with other suppliers adding surcharges or just not delivering to our postcode (IV).
