This is the second time we have used award winning Housefox to sell a property for us and highly recommend them. They are a dedicated and professional team and use Simon James for photos who is an amazing photographer. They ensure that viewers are well informed and motivated to purchase.
Last time we had 5 viewings one after another and 3 offers. This time the property was sold within hours of going live with two viewings back to back and both offering the full asking price. Both sellers and buyers are kept very well informed making the sale process as stress free as possible.

Excellent all round service right from the start, Josh came out to do the valuation, very friendly & knowledgeable. Gorgeous pictures by professional photographer. Staff at the office in Weston super mare always very approachable & helpful. Would definitely recommend House Fox, I will use them again in the future too. Thanks everyone

I chose House Fox simply because they had sold a lot of properties in my area their fees were very reasonable
The photographs they took of my property were excellent they were true to the house as since viewing other properties the pictures have been overstated to say the least. They conducted all my viewings and the house was sold after only being on the market 2 weeks. I found all the staff polite and courteous and professional and would have no hesitation of using them again

Down to the first meet ,taking the photos, creating the advert, Viewings and everything that happens during the selling point to completion.
