Our decision to use Housefox Estate Agents in Weston-Super-Mare was based on their numerous ‘Sold’ signs seen around the town. To add to their successes, they have just sold our house. From the initial discussion regarding the sale with Dave Williams, through to the constant and helpful updates by Niki Urch, we always felt that we had the most up to date information and they provided an effective conduit between the other parties in the chain and solicitors undertaking the conveyancing. The entire team are friendly, professional and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending their first-class service.

Well where do I start. I need to start by saying if you are thinking of selling your house I cannot recommend Housefox enough. We had our house on with two other estate agents one of them for 5 months and the second one was for 2 months. Neither of them managed to sell it. We got in Housefox as a last ditch attempt for this year. They sold our house in 9 days..Their professionalism is second to none. We first met Neil the owner who valued our house. We wanted to discuss a few things and he did not rush us. We then had the marketing manager James and a professional photographer come round to do the pictures and amazing video tour. They were here for a long time making sure every aspect of our house was photographed beautifully. Our house looked stunning on rightmove. But I know that Housefox use different ways of advertising and go further afield with their advertising..The write up was very detailed. Im convinced that the stunning profesional pictures and video tour sold our house. We had lots of interest within a week and viewings were booked in. The first people who came bought it. Our viewings were booked in for a Saturday and what I liked about Housefox is that we got feedback professionally in an email within 2 hours. There is nothing worse than having viewings on a Saturday and you have to wait until Monday for feedback which happens with other estate agents..After our viewings our house was locked up which believe it or not we have had back doors and even the front door left open! All the lights were turned off which we were impressed with also as usually estate agents forget they have turned on lights! Erin the lady who did the viewings came
early to see the house before she showed the potential buyers around so she knew where everything was. Whilst the negotiating was going on we were kept informed and got the price we wanted for our house which was nearly the asking price. You can call their office as much as you like everyone is always happy to take the time to answer questions and your concerns. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team..Each email sent out has everything explained very well. One little thing I forgot to add is that we have 2 little dogs and everyone from Housefox who came for the marketing side of things were very friendly to them. All these little touches go a long way..I have other estate agents to compare Housefox to and believe me they go above and beyond anyone else I have dealt with. We got a result we have been waiting for 5 months for with other agents in just over a week with Housefox. If you are not sure which estate agent to go with use Housefox you will not be disappointed. I can't thank you all enough for your top class efforts.

Brilliant all the way through from house valuation to completion. They have delivered everything they promised and more. Marketing and photos were very well done, viewings organised efficiently, very responsive to any questions. House Fox simply amazing from the start to the end. We had a great valuation with no pressure once we had decided to go a head we had some pictures taken. The professional photographer was great he took some amazing pictures which showed our house perfectly. They helped us achieve the best price for our house. Towards the end of the process we had some issues with solicitors at the beginning of the chain but Nicki and Neil were straight on to it on a daily basis to get it sorted which they have achieved.Their communication was so good either a call or email to keep us up to date with the situations Every single person we had contact with were professional, polite and willing to help. Our experience with House Fox has been perfect we would highly recommend them and we can’t thank them enough.

James Cole has been a fantastic support whilst I have been viewing properties to finally getting an offer accepted on a house. He is knowledgeable, honest, and very reliable - always giving useful advice and happy to liaise with the sellers to answer my many questions regarding the property. When we listed with house fox they sold our flat within 2 weeks unfortunately the buyer pulled out, they then sold it again for us and the sake thing happened, they then proceeded to agree a sale for a third time which we finally managed to get over the line! it was a stressful experiance but house fox were amazing from start to finish,

They were clear from the outside. Communication was very good, text messages when appointments made and I was given feedback after appointments if applicable. When the sale was going through there was regular communication and I felt fully informed throughout the process.

I Called House Fox at 8:15AM, they answered the phone, talked me through the property I was interested in and booked me in to view. I thought this was an amazing service all before 9AM!
