From the start to the end of selling our house , House Fox could not be anymore helpful. Abby who came around to show people around was great and very professional ,the photos that were taking of our house were great compare to a lot of other estate agents, Neil and Niki are just great helpful and always at the end of the phone doing there best for you.

If your looking to sell your home House Fox are the people to go with you wont be disappointed .

Jake at House Fox did a fantastic job at walking us through the whole process and making us feel at ease. Have sold 15 properties over the years and used many different estate agents, first time using House Fox and our best experience yet. Would certainly use them again. Very professional in all aspects, photographs were excellent, sale fee incredibly reasonable taking into account all professionalism shown by each member of staff I have dealt with, but in particular James Cole whose advice and help has been second to none. He's responsive when contacted and goes the extra mile to assist.

House fox have been amazing throughout my whole experience with them. Dave Williams has been brilliant he has sold my house with ease and found me a new home perfect for my whole family! They have been so professional and offered help all the way through and taken all the stress out of the whole situation. I would 100% recommend house fox to anyone they have given me an experience to remember.

Having read reviews I had expected good response but have been disappointed - they accepted a booking and left a message cancelling it just before 5pm the day before.

It was difficult getting any response from some of my messages. After the last minute cancellation I was offered another - but unfortunately I unable to change my work arrangements to accomodate at such short notice .

I found there was was not much flexibility to view for working person, the property was popular and was therefore 'snapped up'.

But when they dont even bother to get your name right it does rather suggest ambivilence on their part.

The property involved would sell easily and further viewings were obviously not necessary. I get that.

But overall I was not impressed with the whole 'journey' experienced with them, messages left had had to be chased for responses

I might have just been unlucky, but I record my personal experience. I hope others' do better

We used House Fox on the sale of our property and would 100% use again, by the far the best estate agent in Weston Super Mare and would highly recommend. Neil and his team were professional and even gave guidance on the purchase of our new home even though this was through a different agent. Thank you guys you were amazing :)

This is my first home and buying alone, with not a lot of house knowledge, but Niki had been fantastic, any daft questions, replies instantly, chases people, everything. I couldn't ask for me. When I have called the estate agent, every member I have spoken with, has always been happy and helpful. I have already recommended to people and will continue in the future.
