Our loan account is not complete yet as we are are waiting fo conformation that our credit card accounts have been paid out and closed . We are told that the letters are on their way so we just to wait as this was part of the approval of our loan . We have no problem and have been treated with utmost respect and helpful guidance throughout the process with complete understanding by the staff. Thank you .

Well I wrote a review today on my phone Esther was just great. Had all the answers to my questions, very well informed and great product knowledge. But the best thing was she really cared, was a good listener and just made it all happen effortlessly. Nothing was too much trouble and she grasped very quickly as to what was required. A very pleasant nature and what an asset to your company. Even on leave we had constant contact and Esther worked on my case to its successful outcome. When I was in business I would have been very happy to have had an Esther on my staff. My experience was pretty good, but quite a long process! I could have been informed a little more often of when the loan would be finalised, but when I called Chris to ask he was very helpful. Katherine was good too, when I asked a question she got back to me with an answer pretty quickly.

Overall a great result but I feel I had to keep following up with the progress of the application. Ideally the applicant should get a brief update as to where things are once per week.

Lockdown Loan! It has been difficult during lockdown to negotiate a loan, but Chris our lender was very helpful. We thought it was going to be hard doing it all online but it worked very well. Everything was explained to us in a very professional and diligent manner.
