This is usually a difficult time. Elderly people on a first time basis and unsure, as previously R.M. ,rightly , had a bad reputation . Our rep. , Esther, was empathetic without being condescending . EXTREMELY patient , when I went over things again and again. She understood and appreciated our position and hurried things through for us which was very important.
