excellent customer service which is…
excellent customer service which is individualised to the client. This not only relates to hearing matters but also to mobility issues: as I can't easily climb stairs at present, the examination room was changed to a ground floor examination room - without my asking. Friendly staff who are always helpful, patient and pleasant. Would recommend the service.

I paid nearly £3000 for Oticon hearing…
I paid nearly £3000 for Oticon hearing aids and, to date I have not been blown away. I still suffer with tinnitus and hearing my own voice inside my head has made it difficult to hear outside noise. I am still saying 'pardon', in a crowded room it's impossible to hear anything and people still ask if I have my hearing aids in!!
I have believe what I was told by the audiologist but I'm not convinced!!

Suction of ear wax House of Hearing Edinburgh
The reception was helpful. The reception area ws comfortable. I was 15 mins early but the member of audio staff came within 5 minutes. She was very professional, very reassuring. The suction of the wax was done without undue pain and was cleared completely.
The potential follow-up was explained clearly. I shall ask for her again and recommend her to others.

Excellent service
Excellent service and the audiologist and receptionist are so friendly and helpful. As it turns out, I don't need any hearing aids and it was all free but I'd happily pay for their time. Highly recommend.

Clare was fantastic
Clare was fantastic. I was early to my appointment and she took me straight away. I had been struggling with my hearing due to an ear wax blockage for a couple of weeks and it was sorted by Clare in 10 minutes. Would highly recommend and very competitive prices

Warm and professional across all staff

The lady did a great job
The lady did a great job. She explained everything that was going to happen and emphasised several times that I shouldn’t feel any pain. The wax was v stubborn and took longer to remove than normal but she kept working away patiently until it was all painlessly removed.
