Hello Clayre, I have tried to call you to discuss...you have your tracking information and know that the goods have been dispatched 23/1..unfortunately we cannot control the courier if they have had issues. I will chase them to see if we can expedite anything but we are doing our best to ensure your order gets to you. Thank you, HoM Customer Service.
Poor experience.
Individual pieces had fallen out, and the backing had been cut. Bit of a poor show.
