From ordering the fire to it arriving 5 days fitting it half a day in our surround. Brilliant. The 60 inch 3 sided fire is absolutely amazing.

Amazing product and delivery
We absolutely love our fireplace. The delivery was very quick and the product looks great! We haven’t fully used it yet as we are still building our media wall but we have tested the flames and colour and it looks great! Cannot wait to fit this into our media wall

Can’t fault the service from Howarm
Can’t fault the service from Howarm, however the service from Evri was appalling. The fire was despatched promptly but was stuck with them for about a week ‘misplaced’ - a box over 1.5 meter long!!
Would recommend Howarm but the delivery marred the experience for us.

Order number HoWarm-2728 (if anyone is interested i helping??)
I ordered the item but after checking it against my room, we decided to return it - this is where the problems began..
There is NO contact number so email is the only way to get in touch.
My first email to arrange a return by courier uplift received a reply suggesting I keep it, set it up by recessing (which we don't want to do) and was offered £40 off - I politely declined and tried again!
This time they suggested keeping it and selling it on! Again declined and I noted in my reply I did not wish to recess, keep with £40 off OR sell on and that I wanted to arrange a courier uplift at a cost of £40. I also explained I have disabilities which means I am not able to return on my own (another of your suggestions!
This time they finally (apparently!) arranged a courier uplift hut neglected to give me the Consignment number so I am unable to check one has been actually booked! Your email representative simply said I'd be contacted by the courier today but it's now 3pm and NOTHING!!!
If you hope that all these delays will eventually exceed the 30 day return period then you are wrong, I have every intention of reporting this as FRAUD and have my money returned by my bank! You will probably then jump into action to get this monstrosity back!
I would 100% NEVER recommend you to anyone!!!
Honestly if I could leave NO stars, I would!!!

I never received my order after over 2…
I never received my order after over 2 weeks and multiple chases. Disappointed service and no phone number to chase things up. Will be looking for a refund.

After checking, the parcel was not delivered initially by the DX courier. As soon as we received your message, we immediately contacted the carrier to investigate. The tracking was later updated indicating a re-delivery attempt; however, there has been a recent delay again. DX has informed us they are currently locating the parcel.
We completely understand your frustration and truly appreciate your patience. Could you kindly allow a little more time while the carrier resolves this issue? In the meantime, please feel free to contact our customer service team, and we will continue to follow up closely and keep you updated.
If the parcel cannot be located, we will of course arrange a suitable solution for you.

Was easy to navigate through the order process, and when I emailed customer services due to a delay (by the courier service) they followed this up with them, and my fire was delivered the following morning... great service.

Shocking customer service
Ordered a fire 13/02/26. Money has been taken from the bank and confirmation email received. But since this 16/02/26 we have heard nothing. Several emails sent but not replied to any. Can't find a telephone number to call them on either. The address quoted in Manchester, another firm runs out of it Kabinet limited. Our bank has been contacted and an investigation will be starting soon.
24/02/26 fire eventually turn up. If communication was better,we would have known.
