Fantastic service from Hozelock! My just over a year old retractable reel suddenly stopped working. I remembered the superb 5 year guarantee and contacted them. After formalities to establish whether I had made a mistake or to try to rectify the problem, Hozelock accepted the fault and sent me an identical new one very speedily! Very impressed, great quality products, great quality after sales service!

I was speedily provided with a solution to my issue. Excellent friendly service provided by Leena.

Took a while to get a proper response but once contact had been established with Leena, matters progressed well resulting in a satisfactory solution. Thank you.

Was given an Auto-reel hose as a present. Within 3 months it started leaking oil (on to my newly laid patio!) contacted Hozelock & sent pictures of fault. Leena was super helpful in organising a replacement and explained clearly what I needed to do to my existing hose, to make it inoperable. Despite having no receipt, my hose was replaced without any quibble. Brilliant service from Leena and arrived 2 working days later …far quicker than stated! Thank you

Our self-watering timer developed a fault. It was under 2 years old so we contacted Hozelock, a number of suggestions were made… none worked so a replacement unit was dispatched and delivered quickly.

Great fast service and product. I bought a hybrid tuffhoze which became damaged and they agreed to replace immediately after submitting a photo.

Our hose would not rewind and we found out that it had broken. Spoke to Lena, who is the most helpful person on the planet. She explained that we would need a receipt of purchase. we did not have one after two years, but with photos and videos of the break, Lena arranged for a replacement to be sent. TERRIFIC customer service. Thanks Lena and Hozlelock.

First class response in relation to a warranty matter on a 40m auto hose reel. Cameron's customer service was excellent - dealt with the issue in a friendly, efficient and prompt manner.

In my experience, Hozelock went above and beyond to resolve a problem for me. With a gentle nudge, they listened, responded and made sure the issue was sorted.

My requests for help were answered quickly and efficiently. When Tim said he would send a replacement bulb it was here the next day.

My husband and I have a portable Hozelock reel which we have had for a few years. Unfortunately, the lower U shaped tube forming part of the supporting frame had rusted away and the reel had become effectively unserviceable, despite being in perfect condition otherwise. My husband sent an email message to Hozelock asking if the lower U shaped tube was available as a spare part, as we could not find it on the Hozelock website, and also asked the cost of the part and delivery charges. He also attached two photographs showing the issue.
My husband received a very friendly and very helpful response from Leena, who advised him that Hozelock would send us the part and asked him to confirm our postal address. Ultimately, a few days later the tube arrived by post and we have been able to make use of the reel again. No charge for the part and no charge for delivery! Absolutely amazing customer service. We can certainly recommend the Hozelock products and especially the company's customer service! Thank you so much Leena and Hozelock!
