Our Hozelock 40m Autoreel failed after about 16 months as it no longer reeled the hose in. We tried all the troubleshooting guidelines but could not get it to work. I contacted Hozelock as advised in the instructions booklet and the lovely Leena responded- she provided further advice for things to try and we followed the clear instructions, providing photo and video evidence of us doing so. It appeared to be a problem with the locking mechanism as it would not stay open and kept locking so would not reel in the hose. Leena was so helpful and understanding and once it was obvious nothing could be done, without hesitation she offered us a replacement and organised one to be delivered. This arrived today - a mere two days later. I was so impressed with the service she provided and it turned an annoying situation into a very positive experience with Hozelock. Well done!

Very efficient and speedy service providing replacement hoze under warranty - great comms by Leena in Customer Service

Rather disappointed that my Superhoze failed after only 18 months. However, Hozelock customer services couldn’t have been more efficient in resolving the problem. Having sent them an email with the information they needed, I had a reply back within a few minutes, to say they had arranged a replacement to be sent to me.

We had an issue with our auto reel hose not retracting and rusted. We contacted Hozelock on Monday evening providing the information that was required and by Tuesday morning I had a response with support how to get this resolved. Leena was exceptionally helpful and provided a prompt resolution. By Thursday we had a replacement hose delivered. Outstanding customer service from Hozelock/Leena! Thank you! Made everything so easy.

After a professional requesr from customer service for further information about the issue that I had, a prompt email confirmed that Hozelock would send me a replacement item under warranty.

Dealt with a warranty problem without any issue and sent replacement item very quickly. Help that was much appreciated.

I was very impressed with the customer service in relation to replacement for a faulty product. My case was dealt with by Leena, who, from start to finish, was excellent.

My three year old retractable Hozelock simply stopped retracting, I contacted customer services with proof of purchase and provided evidence of the issue. Leena cannot have been more helpful and a replacement has been ordered. Great service thank you.

I’m so glad to finally be able to purchase a decent hose, the auto reel models are absolutely brilliant! I needed to know whether my new hose contained latex,as so many makes and models do, but thanks to the excellent after sales customer service from Cameron at Hozelock I was able to find out everything I needed quickly to make the right choice. Hozelock also have brilliant extended 5 year warranties if you register your product online too.

We had owned a Hozelock Auto Reel for about two years and then it suddenly failed to rewind the hose at al.I contacted Cameron in Customer Service and they immediately sent me a new one
I am naturally delighted with their service. I should say that we have owned an earlier version of the Auto Reel for a number of years and it continues to work perfectly.
