3rd time using this company to do my ventilation unit service and they are amazing... always very friendly and puntual... ventilation unit working perfectly. Will defo recommend them and will use them again :)

Great service, friendly engineer, clear instructions on how to use and maintain my MVHR going forward.

A routine maintenance visit for our Vent Axia system was efficiently organised. The engineer arrived promptly and was pleasant and considerate and happy to answer questions.

The specialist arrived on time - conducted his work quickly and in a clean manner. he was polite and clarified and answered all questions. 2 things to improve: it was difficult to reserve a slot in short notice (2 weeks and a half in advance for a generic maintenance visit!). Also, my unit was brand new ( less than 1 year) and i still had to pay full maintenance fee, despite the unit not needing all the tasks/ activities to be run.

Daniyal was so good and polite - even offered to change the bulb for me which I couldn’t reach myself. Did a great job and this air in the flat feel much cleaner

Very nice operative - Daniel. Arrived on time. Helpful, efficient and explained everything as it was our first service. Highly recommended.

Uel was friendly and explained everything he was doing when on site. He talked me through the different settings for the system which was helpful. Good communication before arriving on site.

The engineer who visited to install the new system went above and beyond to complete the job even though he encountered some initial problems with the existing siting where it needed to go. Thanks so much Chris.

Chris was our HRV specialist who was very good. Friendly, accommodating and thorough - both in maintenance and explanation. He brought all the right kit, came prepared, inspected every air vent (both for extraction and supply), cleaned the HRV unit. He explained everything throughout. Really appreciate you Chris, thanks for your work here today!!

The engineers were very professional, and they cleaned up after it and took away the garbage. Thank you！

I recently had a home ventilation maintenance appointment with Chris from the HRV Group on 20 June 2024. Overall, the experience was mixed, leading me to rate the service at 3 stars.

Chris carried out the maintenance work to a good standard. He was thorough and ensured that everything was functioning correctly. Additionally, he took the time to clearly explain how to control the ventilation system, something our lettings agent and block management companies had failed to do. This was a much-needed clarification and greatly appreciated.

However, I have strong concerns about Chris's political views and the news sources he relies on. During the appointment at my home, he made several disturbing statements which made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Chris emphasised that GB News was a better news source than Reddit or Twitter. Given his other views, this was concerning but explains a lot.

Additionally, Chris and I agreed on a £10 bet regarding whether Shamima Begum would return to the UK on "day one." He has not responded or honoured our bet despite my attempts to contact him.

While Chris's technical skills were solid, the overall experience was negative due to his remarks, attitudes, and lack of integrity.

HRV Group flagged this review as containing "illegal" content. Everything in this review is valid and can be evidenced.

Excellent service and very accommodating with rescheduling a cancelled appointment. Very efficient with the work carried out.
Would highly recommend.

The engineer, Daniel, was helpful and respectful in explaining what he was checking and what it meant. He helped me understand what some of the settings meant and reassured me that it was in great working order. Thank you!

Chris was fantastic! His customer service was outstanding. He explained me very well how to properly use the MVHR and taught me a lot about the system. He cleaned up everything after cleaning the filter. I’ll definitely recommend him. Thank you so much Chris!

Really thorough service.

The servicing was really thorough with air flow tested and vents cleaned, as well as replacement of the filters.
The engineer was friendly and relaxed.

Had a service from them last year and having used a different company this year have been made aware that the unit was not cleaned or serviced at all as i'd been told (and had paid for!). Feels like i've been scammed! on top of that i contacted them in August 2023 to discuss adding to my MVHR unit and by November still had no reply to them despite chasing multiple times. Really poor customer service and servicing of the MVHR in general.
