Almost 3 times the order amount was held on my credit card, in weird strange amounts and took quite a while to be released. Super confusing. Such a terrible set up I doubt I will shop here again.

From what we understand, each individual bank controls the credit card authorizations on their customer's account. We try to ship all orders within 24 hours so that the money will not be held but will be billed instead. We hope you will come back.
