You had great service but home made display.

You had great service. My items were delivered on time. But the item looked like it was cheaply made. It was a 3 tier basket display chrome. Each joint the welds were poorly done. There was extra solder on the welds. The feet for the display were cracked and falling off.

Always a great experience , helpful and thorough.
Operators know the catalogue and products . Follow up is is very quick and have never had a problem with ordering .

Communication is key

In this instance the representative took my order and gave no indications that there might be an issue, After several day of not receiving the order I called to inquire and was told by the same representive the order was on hold due to unpaid invoices. I'm part of a corporate account so this could happen, but my issue is why wasn't I informed as the items were needed for a major audit causing me to have to scramble and find what I needed with another vendor. A simple email or phone call could have help make the audit preparation less stressful.

Great Customer Service

Our sales representative has been terrific. We have unfortunately had to make returns and he has been very good at facilitating those. I like the ability to order items and they are immediately available for shipment. I have had nothing but a positive experience with Hubert.
