We arranged the 'goodies' as a gift. Simple but no place on the order from to say who the treat was from. That apart everything was perfect.

I ordered some lardy cakes as a gift for my father, I'm reliably informed they were delicious :) ....they arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was quite expensive for postage, but the product got to where it needed to go and in one piece - totally worth it as a treat!

We visited Huffkins, Stow-on-the -wold on 8th November. We were a group of 6 and were turned away because they did not have enough room for this number. We could see that they had 3 tables of two by each other and asked if we could sit at those. The assistant advised that they could not let us have those as they are keeping those for people who wish to come in with their dogs. As they were empty we queried the policy as this didn’t seem to make sense as they were turning away business and may not fill those seats. The assistant did not understand this logic and said this was what her manager had told her.
We were very disappointed with you Huffkins. I’m not sure you even deserve one star

Wow it’s all I can say. The food was amazing. This was a gift for my parents. They thoroughly enjoyed it. It was so good. We went ourselves and could not be more pleased. Thank you very much.

Great lardy cakes, and fantastic to be able to get them delivered up north!

Needed to change date of delivery due to illness. Date was changed quickly. Parcel arrived safely, cousin loved her gifts.

We had lunch at Huffkins at Stratford upon Avon - took a while to be seated as tables had to be cleared and cleaned.
Ordered at the counter - husband chose a cheese and ham "toastie" while I chose a jacket potato with cheese. This fetched up in a huge bowl - a medium sized potato with a glob of melted cheese and about 8 salad leaves ..... £12.95 for this quantity of food just wasn't worth it considering the company must buy wholesale. Despite order decaffeinated cappuccinos - one appeared that was as ordered the other was full strength so the latter had to be changed to decaf then had to be covered with saucers while waiting for our food. By which time they were luke warm.
In the past we've enjoyed visiting Huffkins at Stow on the Wold and Burford but both feel that the quality has gone down.

Victoria was very helpful and kind, going above and beyond to accomodate our special order request. The named day delivery worked out perfectly and the food was delicious! We recieved outstanding customer service throughout the experience, even up to the hand written card which added a lovely personal touch to the delivery. We will definitely be ordering from Huffkins again and look forward to popping instore to one of their locations.

My husband took me to the burford huffkins. Stood and waited to be seated for 20mins as nobody on the door.
When we wanted to order it took 30 mins to get to order and boy didn't have a clue saying i couldn't have what I wanted with my cream tea i said my husband has the same every time we come so I knew i could he told me to come and look at his screen to which I then showed him the sandwich i wanted and clicked the box the scone the cake and the tea choice.
It was painful and he was rude the previous lady who ordered had a voucher which again he couldn't get to work and then swore saying I will have to get help to do this.
When our food eventually arrived bread was stale my sandwich was i bun and not sour dough bread.
Over all very dissapoint i did email with a complaint but haven't heard a thing.

My first time at Huffkins. I enjoyed a delicious fresh Victoria sponge cake and latte coffee at the Oxford Street John Lewis. The cafeteria was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly, polite and efficient and the surrounds were lovely and relaxing. The breakfast and lunch menu items look very tempting! I will definitely be back!

Fantastic service . Great packaging and the authentic taste. Made a lovely surprise for my Dad for his birthday!
