Jason at hug boilers was very professional and talked me through the choices I had and I didn't feel pressured into accepting anything but I decided on a plan and he talked me through it and he sorted everything out from paperwork to ordering and arranging an engineer and I was impressed 100% by how quick the job was booked in 10/10.i had a courtesy call from hug to let me know engineer was on way which was very professional way of dealing with customers,gary the engineer was very professional he coverd all carpet areas and floor areas,talked me through the paperwork and the remote timer,cleaned up after himself and removed all waste,Jason and gary and lady on the phone(I didn't catch her name)are an asset to your company,I will be recommending them to people,thanks.

Fitter & Electrician Came on time just got on with job no fuss no mess they never complain about working in my loft which I no is a small uncomfortable space to Woking in . Did everything they said they would do Booking and information on line was easy. Staff on the end of the phone were helpful answered all my questions . Payment lots of options. Price wise Half the cost of other 3 quotes I got for the same boiler

Viessmann boiler installed with Nest thermostat.
Our thanks go to Daz and Wayne for excellent job including Wayne sorting out our existing wiring which was like a plate of spaghetti! Excellent service.

I recently had a new boiler installed by HUG Boilers all organised through Jason who was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Then fitted by Craig who was prompt, professional and very friendly approach throughout. I live in Leyland, Preston and he was at my house early and was keen to get cracking which is just what I wanted as we had no hot water, so was an emergency for us! I would 100% recommend these for anyone with future boilers needs.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Chris was extremely helpful and gave us good advice for our needs and the price quoted (and charged) was very competitive. He was very committed in following up and arranging our installation. When Craig came to install he was very professional, he was early, he tidied up and he showed us how to use the boiler. Likewise the electrician who came the next day (apologies as I’ve forgotten your name). He really went through the setting up and operating instructions for the Nest. Finally Rebecca in the office who was also extremely helpful. Overall a fantastic company to work with and one I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Installation was excellent but annual servicing not so good. At the time of purchase I was offered 5 yrs servicing for £250. OK for 2 yrs but this year have been cancelled for the fifth time today. Problem is that its lpg and its seems there's a lack of suitably trained engineers.
I've requested a refund on outstanding service charge. As yet no reply.

We were looking to replace our boiler in October and were quite keen to use a local tradesman. However none of the local people provided a quotation and when Chris from HUG came up with a super deal; top of the rage Viessmann with 12 years part/labour warranty and 5 years free servicing we were seriously tempted. We needed to confirm quickly as the good deals, for obvious reasons, are in July and we were due to be away for 7 weeks from early August. Chris was excellent in interpreting what we needed and answering our emails and phone calls to arrange installation in less than a week.
On the day of the installation the local plumber’s merchant’s lorry turned up at 08:00 not just with the boiler but with copper pipe and fittings to enable the job to be completed efficiently. Sam, the sub-contractor and his mate George arrived at 9:45 and the job was completed by 13:15. Having installed my own heating system previously I know a bit about plumbing. Their work was excellent and everything carried out according to our quotation.
The Viessmann boiler performs well but two small points that Viessmann should take note of. Firstly the user guide is incomprehensible and it doesn’t even tell you how to pressurise the system. (Not a problem for me as Sam showed me, but a new tenant would need this information.) Secondly the vertical flue would have left a 10 mm gap between it and the plasterboard, which would have been impossible to fill neatly with pollyfilla. Fortunately Sam was able to use a circular plate from our old Baxi boiler: easy, neat and tidy.

From the original survey, to to the fitting of the boiler everything happened as described.
Anthony the gas engineer explained the order of work, everything was done with the minimum of disruption. when completed he went through everything with us, controls, settings etc answered all our questions.
We would reccomend this company. customer service was excellent.
